Notice is hereby given that the Twenty Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Members of Burnside Park Owners Club will be held at the

Burnside Hotel, Kendal Road, Bowness-on-Windermere, Cumbria,  LA23 3EW

 

On Sunday 4^th March 2012 at 12 noon, 

 

for the transaction of the following business : 

1.      Welcome and opening remarks.

2.      Apologies for absence.

3.      Minutes of the BPOC Annual General Meeting held on 7th March 2011

4.      Matters arising from the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.

5.      Annual Report of the BPOC Committee.

6.      Election of one Member to the BPOC Committee.

7      Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st October 2011 and report of the Auditors.

8.      Re-appointment of the Auditors.

9.    Update for 5 year Sinking Fund projections

9    To transact Any Other Business of the Club duly proposed and seconded and submitted to the Club Office in writing, not less than 28 days prior to the date of the Meeting.
