10 years of Gold Crown Standards
Earlier this year Malcolm and Candy were pleased to recieve our Ten Year Gold Crown Award from RCI.
The Gold Crown is awarded each year for the resort "surpassing standards of resort accomodation and hospitality".
The award is earned based on the feedback from exchange guests and reviewed monthly, so the 10 year award genuinely reflects the hard work and attention to detail from the Lodge Team with Houskeeping, Maintenance & Gardens, Cottage admin & Recepton staff all deserving of congratulations.
