Press Release! We now have 4 Premier Apartments, 2 of
which are suitable for our disabled guests. Available at an additional cost of £100
to the weekly sleep 6 tariff above.
Weeks usually commence Saturdays with the
exception of Christmas and New Year- other days by arrangement. Above prices relate to 7 night's
accommodation.
All Cottages and Apartments are supplied
with linen & towels for full occupancy and membership to Parklands Country
Club for the duration of your stay is also included.
A deposit of £125 is required at the time
of booking, with the balance payable 1 month prior to arrival. Please note that the deposit is
non-refundable and we recommend insurance cover for all bookings. Reservations made within 28 days
of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking and the total is
non-refundable. Please request a
copy of our Travellers Protection Service when making your reservation.
Please note: Electricity and telephone calls will be
charged according to metered units on departure.
Cottages and Apartments are rented strictly
on the understanding that no more than the maximum occupancy is in attendance at
any one time. Pets are
permitted by arrangement (except in the Premier apartments) and there is a
charge of £20 per dog/cat for part week £30 for full week.
Child Packs consisting of travel cots &
bedding, highchairs and stair gates can be arranged at a charge of £15 per
week. Also Z bed hire
available at £25 per week. All
Cottages and Apartments include a safe for your personal items at no extra
charge.

Sleep 4: 1 double
bedroom with double sofa bed in the lounge.
Sleep 6: 1 double
bedroom with en suite facilities, 1 twin bedroom, 1 twin gallery bedroom above
the lounge or a double pull down wall bed or double bed settee. All sleep 6 cottages and apartments have
a second bath or shower room with washbasin and toilet.

Sleep 2: Studio
with double bed, lounge area and partial kitchen.
Sleep 5: 1 double
bedroom, 1 single bedroom and a double sofa bed in the
lounge.
